From a plain, empty space with no ceiling lighting, it is now a beautifully designed room that blends comfort, function, and unique DIY touches.
I installed the chandelier fan myself by running new wiring through the attic, since the ceiling originally had no electrical setup. This allowed me to add a stylish modern chandelier fan with a wall switch, becoming the centerpiece of the room.
For the walls, I created a floor-to-ceiling wallpaper panel and added a wallpaper mural on both sides, bringing a natural and artistic feel to the space. I also extended the design to the ceiling, hand-painting textured patches to create a cozy, cocoon-like atmosphere.
Two twin beds now anchor the room, each with elegant sconce lights above for soft nighttime lighting. I even added a built-in charger outlet between the beds for modern convenience. The new furniture and thoughtful details tie the whole space together, turning it into a serene and stylish guest room that I absolutely love. ✨
